Your AC runs but the air isn’t cold. This usually points to low refrigerant, a failing compressor, or a frozen evaporator coil. All of these are fixable, but they won’t resolve on their own.
Warm spots throughout the house. If some rooms cool down and others don’t, the issue could be your ductwork, an undersized unit, or a blower that’s not pushing enough air. A proper diagnosis saves you from replacing a unit that might not be the problem.
